The author receives 100 points for a publication in Consilium Iuridicum (according to the Annex to the Communication of the Minister of Education and Science of 17 July 2023, regarding the list of academic journals and reviewed materials from international conferences, issued on the basis of Article 267(3) of the Act on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018, Polish Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw], consolidated text: 2023, item 742, as amended).

The editors of the journal Consilium Iuridicum together with the publisher, comply with ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). These standards set the final and indisputable rules governing the process of reviewing and editing submitted scientific texts.

Text submitted for publication in the Consilium Iuridicum should be original, i.e. not previously published in Polish, in whole or in part, and should not have been submitted to the editorial office of any other journal. It must not infringe any third-party copyrights. All cited works of other authors shall be properly referenced. Plagiarism is treated as unethical and improper behavior.

The author(s) shall transfer the copyright and publishing rights to the article(s) to the National Counsil of the Judiciary of Poland.

To prevent occurrences of "ghostwriting" or "guest authorship", the Editorial Office of the Consilium Iuridicum requires authors to disclose the contributions of co-author(s) (their affiliation and contribution, i.e. identification of the author(s) of the concepts, assumptions, methods, protocol, etc. used in development of the publication), while the main responsibility resting with the author who submits the material for publication. The Editorial Office also requests information on sources of financing, contributions from academic and research institutions, associations, and other entities (Financial Disclosure).

The final decision to accept or reject a paper submitted for publication is made by the Editorial Board.

Formal Requirements:

  1. The author shall submit the text in electronic format to the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The Author shall be responsible for all factual data included in the publication.
  2. The text should not exceed 15 pages of standardized text; font: Arial, main text: 12, footnotes: 9.
  3. The text should include a summary (up to 10 rows) in Polish and in English, and also 4-5 keywords in Polish and in English (which should not be the same as in the article's title). Please also give a full title of the article in English.
  4. The article should be composed of an introduction, individual thematic threads formulated in points, and conclusions.
  5. Please provide the following information about the Authorsin Polish and in English: first name and family name, scientific degree or title, place of work (Faculty, University) along with a full address, e-mail, and additionally a postal address (solely for the information of the Editorial Office). The Author should also provide an ORCID iD.
  6. Failure to submit the Author’s proof within the prescribed time shall imply consent to publish the text in the current form.
  7. Normative acts of Polish law should be cited following the principles of their referencing in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 20 June 2002 on the rules of legislative drafting (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 908) [Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 20 czerwca 2002 r. w sprawie „Zasad techniki prawodawczej” (Dz. U. Nr 100, poz. 908)].
  8. Bibliography in alphabetical order should be located at the end of the text.
